Questions
Who uses my room?
Teachers, tutors, course providers and community groups, at the hours you choose. Each booking shows who is coming, how many people and how often.
Do I need to be there?
No. You decide how groups get in after hours, for example with a door code, a key box or someone on site.
How do you work out how many people fit?
You scan the room with your phone. Sublocation measures it and suggests how many people fit, and you confirm or change the number before the room is listed.
Can I take a date back?
Yes. The group is offered another room nearby or a different time, and doesn't pay for the date if none of them works.
What if something breaks?
Report it in Sublocation with a short description and up to three photos. AI drafts an assessment from the photos, and a person reviews the claim before anything is paid.
