Questions

How much does it cost?

Hosts set an hourly price for each room. You pay that price for each session plus a 10% platform fee, and you see the total for the whole term before you pay. Protection costs nothing extra.

Can I book a room for children?

Yes. Mention it when you describe your class, and only rooms the host has confirmed as suitable for children will match.

How do I pay?

By card when you confirm the term. The booking is confirmed once the payment goes through.

What if the host needs a date back?

You're offered another room in the same office, the same room 30 minutes earlier or later, or a room within 1 km at the same price. If none of them works, you don't pay for that date.
